Staff recruitment can be a daunting and time-consuming task, but now you've found a recruitment solutions. With our help, you can focus on what truly matters—running and growing your business!
The recruitment fee is a fixed cost, paid in two easy instalments, making the whole process smoother and more manageable for you. We’re here to take the weight off your shoulders so you can move forward with confidence.
Step 2 - First Instalment
We’ll work together to gain a deep understanding of your recruitment needs and goals, ensuring we’re aligned every step of the way. We’ll create a bespoke advertisement tailored to your needs. The first instalment of $1400 + GST will be due to start staff recruitment process. From then we’ll handle everything—carefully reviewing all applications, pre-screening each candidate, performing phone interviews, reference checks.
We’ll keep you updated throughout the process and let you know when we have suitable applicants.
Step 3 - Second Instalment
With our recruitment solutions, we’ve presented you with a selection of candidates, and you’ve found the perfect fit and they’ve happily accepted the job offer.
Great job! You’ve made an informed decision and hired the ideal candidate for your team and vision—staff recruitment without the stress.
As we close things out, we’ll just need the second instalment of $1,000 + GST to complete the process.
