Our fixed-fee recruitment service is priced at $2,400.00 + GST, with payment structured in two easy instalments. The initial payment is due upfront, prior to the advertisement of the position. Upon the successful placement of a candidate, the second instalment will be invoiced and is payable within 15 days of the invoice date.
Our goal is to deliver applications efficiently and effectively. Position fill rates can vary depending on employer timelines and candidate requirements. On average, the process typically takes between 4 to 6 weeks.
Absolutely! We work closely with you to understand the specific qualifications, experience, and skills you’re looking for in candidates. These requirements are integrated into our search and screening process.
If you’re not satisfied with the candidates, we will work with you to refine the search parameters and make adjustments as needed. Our goal is to ensure that we find the right fit for your team.
